10% of proceeds in April support conservation in national marine sanctuaries

Today, the National Marine Sanctuary Foundation and Au Naturale Cosmetics announce a new partnership. Ten percent of proceeds from Au Naturale Cosmetics’ Living Coral Collection will help the Foundation support conservation, education, and community engagement in America’s National Marine Sanctuary System, a network of 14 protected sites spanning from American Samoa to the Florida Keys, and from the Gulf of Mexico to the Great Lakes.

The National Marine Sanctuary Foundation is the non-profit partner to the National Marine Sanctuary System and a leading voice for U.S. protected waters, working with communities to conserve and expand these special places for a healthy ocean, coasts, and Great Lakes. The Foundation focuses on engaging communities and businesses in stewardship projects that protect the environment and the species that call sanctuaries home.  Projects include partnering with dive shops to clean up underwater marine debris and protect corals in the Florida Keys, working with volunteers in Monterey Bay to improve water quality for residents and marine life, and educating the next generation of Ocean Guardian in schools across the U.S.
